I suppose my keyboard, with its 2 USB ports, contains a USB hub of sorts and that's why it works when I plug the 2X2 in there. When the 2X2 is plugged into a non-keyboard USB port the leds on the front of the 2X2 light up, including the MIDI activity leds.ДЄudio/MIDI Setup Utility sees the 2X2 also.Д«ut no MIDI gets to my apps unless I plug into the keyboard.ДЄn M-Audio rep at their forums just told me that the only work-around is to use a USB hub. The USB ports are all known to be working. If I connect it to any of the USB ports on the back of the computer I can't send MIDI to any of my applications, like Logic. I just bought a new Intel-based iMac and my M-Audio MidiSport 2X2 can not get MIDI inside the computer anymore unless it's connected to one of the USB ports on my keyboard.
